The last day for ordering will be Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Please ensure that all your orders for the rest of December are placed by end of day on Wednesday, December 9th (with the exception of dry ice). The office will be closed from December 24, 2020 – January 1, 2021, with no one here to receive orders. If your orders are expected to arrive during the break, please ask the vendor to ship on January 4th, or later.
Also, please be mindful of your Visa reconciliations in Workday. Please follow the old cycles (16th-15th of each month). Please submit a copy of your report to reception by December 22nd.
