We have been told the appointment calendar will be opening up at 1:30 PM today (Monday) to book appointments. If you can’t get in, we suggest you try for the waitlist which you must book in person and only on vaccine clinic days.
This is available to HLI staff, student and faculty working on site.
COVID-19 Vaccine Now Available to HLI
- HLI faculty, staff and students who would like to be vaccinated, are invited to check in with the St. Paul’s vaccine registration desk on vaccine clinic days to sign up for the ‘no show waitlist’.
- Vaccine that has been thawed and would otherwise be discarded will be given to those on the waitlist, (approx. 20-30).
- You must sign up in person, and if called get there within 10 minutes and bring your ID badge and care card.
- Desk is on Level 1 by room 1500. Sign up around 900/930 on clinic days, they will know ~2:30 PM if they have leftovers and will start calling those on the waitlist, (clinics this week March 9th, 10th, 13th).
- Appointment calendar may soon open up for booking on site staff.
