Hello everyone,
Providence Health Care will be holding a vaccine clinic on Friday, June 18, 2021 for those who work at PHC (this includes all HLI staff, students, PI’s). We ask that you do not forward or invite people who do not work at PHC. Thank you.
Note: this will be the last structured clinic PHC will offer for health care workers on site.
This is a Pop Up Vaccine Clinic. You will need to book an appointment for this clinic.

Location: St. Paul’s Hospital, Providence Level 1, Conference Room 6
Hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Vaccine: Pfizer and limited Moderna vaccines available
After your vaccine, all staff must do a 15 minutes of Aftercare.
- A black pen
- 1st dose – Your driver’s license (or other government issued photo ID), Personal Health Number/BC Services Card, if you have one.
- 2nd dose – your yellow immunization record (or a picture of it) and your PHC ID – Eligibility is for those who received there first dose on or before April 23rd.
