Dear HLI members,
We have been fortunate to again receive funding for Virtual Pilates Classes (NEW: some classes will include Foam Rolling Techniques) through UBC’s Healthy Workplaces Initiative Fund.
Classes will be offered virtually to start, for all levels from beginner to experienced. To make this an inclusive event, the instructor will also offer in class options for different levels of mobility. Maximum virtual class size is 15.
A limited number (up to 5) can gather in the Gourlay but please be ready to individually connect via video on your phone or tablet to the class zoom link that will be sent to registered participants the day prior to class. A limited number of props will be provided.
To register you must complete the below Par-Q Plus fillable form before the first class (even returning members) and send to the instructor Lela Dawson.
Classes will run from June 16th to Dec 8th and will alternate weekly starting with Wed at noon one week and Tues at 4 pm the next week.
The first class will be Wednesday, June 16th at noon and the week after will be June 22nd at 4 pm.
