2021 HLI Research Week is just around the corner and we are looking for judges for presentations and poster sessions. This will be a great opportunity to learn about research work from labs that you don’t usually work with and you can find out what makes a good presentation!
Judging sessions for presentations will be 60-90 mins long, starting at 11 am on August 17, 18, or 19. This will include listening to 5-6 live Zoom talks and filling out a scoresheet with some feedback comments for each.
Judging sessions for posters will be ~2-2.5 hrs maximum (including time for compiling scores), on August 19th between 10 am and 2 pm. If you are not available August 19th but would like to judge posters, a session may be arranged on August 17th or 18th, or judging time may be split between two days. This would involve viewing up to 8 posters and interacting with presenters on the online Gather platform, then submitting a score for each poster.
We have slots available for senior graduate students, post-docs, staff, and PIs.
If you are interested, please email Ji-Young Kim
We look forward to hearing from you!
