The Centre for Heart Lung Innovation is launching a strategic planning process to develop the Centre’s next 5 year strategic plan. Please fill out an anonymous survey questionnaire (see link below) and consider the 7 questions asked. Your answers will help us better understand the key strategic opportunities and strengths, as well as challenges, facing the Centre now and over the coming five years.
