Congratulations to Tatjana Ponomarev (GEM) for being the HLI Team Player of the Quarter (March 2022).
Comments:
- Is the go to person for all surgical and technical animal procedures in GEM. She works long hours, with multiple lab groups and across many disciplines.
- I believe they have gone above-and-beyond her responsibilities as a technician in ensuring everyone’s experiments/projects are successfully completed with the expected time frame.
- Always goes the extra mile to ensure the success of each research project, practicing and honing her skills, taking the time to train students, always being available to answer questions, and never hesitating to stay longer to finish the task. And she always has chocolate to share!
- Has been working very long hours to complete complex in vivo projects and is very supportive and caring of her coworkers, especially students she works with.
