The HLI Trainee Association is starting a Bioinformatics Help Group to support those that are looking for some extra help in data analysis, navigating statistical software, and other related areas.
To help you get started with R, we will be hosting a “Tips & Tricks” workshop on Wednesday, June 22nd at 2 PM on Zoom. The workshop will cover topics including:
- commonly used R packages and features
- data importing, cleaning, and visualization
- live coding session – example walkthrough
