For this year’s Research Day, we would like to hold our first-ever Knowledge Translation Video competition!
The goal is to present a creative and fun video featuring your project that the general public can easily understand. Attendees of Research Day will have a chance to vote for one video as the People’s Choice Video. The winning team will receive a certificate and a gift card! We suggest staff and PIs to encourage their students to participate in the competition.
Here is some information regarding the video and competition**:
- The video will be an add-on to the presentation your regular presentation.
- You can participate individually or in a group of up to 3 members. Feel free to collaborate with any HLI members (staff or core members).
- The video must be 2 minutes or less. It can be in any format of your choice (eg animation, acting, whiteboard drawing).
- The video must be uploaded on YouTube and a link must be submitted by 5 PM on August 13th.

** Please note that the Knowledge Translation video committee retains the right to change or decide the format of the competition as required.
