Please note that the last day for ordering will be Friday, December 5, 2025. Please ensure that all your orders for the reminder of the year are placed by end of day on Friday, December 5th (with the exception of dry ice and gasses).
The front office will be closed from noon December 24. 2025 – January 1, 2026 (reopening January 2nd), with no one here to receive orders. During this time, there will be no staff available to receive deliveries, and lab personnel may also be unavailable to collect shipments. If your orders are expected to arrive during the break, please ask the vendor to ship after January 2nd.
Please note: We have limited space at reception for incoming shipments, and this area must be kept clear. We will not be storing or holding packages for pickup in the new year.
PCard holders, please make sure any outstanding visa reconciliations are completed in Workday before you leave for the holidays.
