The HLI Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee would like your help with identifying where there might be areas of opportunity or growth within our centre. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. These anonymous results will be used to identify risk areas, prioritize initiatives and set targets and goals based on the needs of our centre. The more responses we can gather from HLI members, the more representative our data will be.
