Pilates Classes!

TAHLI and the HLI Training and Environment Committee are again hosting PILATES here at HLI.

It’s a great way to get moving, whatever your fitness level or experience, and improve physical and mental wellness!

Sessions will be biweekly on Wednesdays, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM.

You can attend in JHCC or on Zoom.

AND submit a PAR-Q Plus form.

Please sign up and email your form to Eric Xiang by May 9th.

Attend as many sessions as you can for the most benefit, but it is okay to just come to one or a few.
