Once a year, the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation has its Annual Awards in recognition of their exceptional members and trainees. The eligibility criteria and how to nominate someone or apply for an award are detailed below.

Awards for Nomination
HLI members are currently being asked to submit nominations on the forms below with five supporting signatures. For the nomination process, each member is only allowed to support one person for each award. After nominations are received we will vote on the final winner.
Please submit all nomination forms with signatures on or before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday, November 27, 2023 to HLI Reception via e-mail.
Trainee Awards to Apply For
We are asking all Trainees at HLI to please apply and showcase your work. Trainees must apply directly for the trainee awards listed below (click on the link to access application forms).
Please submit all applications on or before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday, November 27, 2023 to Chris Robinson via e-mail.
Please note, applications must be within the 2 pages allotted (application page and one extra), otherwise they will not be accepted.
